How Santa Maria future-proofed its staff parking lot in Landskrona
A pole-mounted charging system, clear end-to-end responsibility and infrastructure built to scale. How the staff parking lot in Landskrona became a tangible step in Paulig’s sustainability journey.
At Paulig/Santa Maria’s factory in Landskrona, the staff parking lot now features a row of newly installed Amp5 units, delivered by AmpSociety in close partnership with LaddaTillsammans. The investment is already in daily use and illustrates how charging infrastructure can be implemented in a structured way when roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
The challenge: a parking lot that needs to be ready for the future
For Carl-Johan Rosén, Factory Manager at Paulig, the project is part of a broader transition. Over several years, the operation has gradually shifted from fossil fuels to electric and hybrid solutions where possible, including transport between the factory and the distribution centre. The next step was to address the needs of employees, contractors and visitors on site.

The requirements were clear: the solution needed to be easy to use, straightforward to install and prepared to handle increasing demand over time, without introducing new operational complexity.
